Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Meadow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
