Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Amber Medical Group is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
