Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
