Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Lantern Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders.
