Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Housing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
