Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Bright Manufacturing is a Orlando manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
