Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Omaha working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
