Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Omaha, NE)

Summit Oak Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
