Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
