Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Harbor Civic Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving case files. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • PMP or CAPM certification.
