Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Cedar Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
