Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
