Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Granite Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Oklahoma City and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
