Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
