Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Nova Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oakland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
