Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Community Partners runs community programmes across Oakland, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
