Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Nova Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oakland region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
