Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oakland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
