Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in New Orleans, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
