Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
