Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Amber Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
