Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Meadow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Milwaukee and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
