Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
