Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Miami, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
