Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Miami, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
