Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Orchard Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Miami. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
