Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
