Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Memphis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
