Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Summit Oak Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
