Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
