Bluepeak Drift Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
