Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
