Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Arts Center and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
