Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Technologies is a nonprofit in Memphis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
