Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge West Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
