Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Summit Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
