Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Timber Staffing is a Memphis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
