Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Madison design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
