Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Vale Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Las Vegas region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
