Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Las Vegas presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
