Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Ashton Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
