Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Staffing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
