Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Knoxville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
