Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
