Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
