Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
