Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
