Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Kansas City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
