Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Freight Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
