Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners is a Kansas City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
